Yes. We provide career coaching, resume development, interview preparation, and job-readiness training to support students in securing employment. While we do not guarantee placement, we actively assist students in connecting with daycare providers, centers, and early childhood employers.
Our Childcare Entrepreneurship Pathway includes business coaching, licensing guidance, operations training, marketing strategies, and financial planning—everything needed to successfully open or scale a profitable childcare program.

Yes. All classes are offered daytime, some evenings and weekends, with consistent schedules to support working adults and parents.
Yes. Students who complete 100% of their course requirements will receive a certificate of completion recognized by state regulators and industry employers.
No prior experience is required. Our programs support beginners entering the field, professionals seeking advancement, and entrepreneurs ready to start their own childcare business.

All programs are taught by certified trainers with over 16 years of hands-on childcare leadership, business ownership, and early childhood workforce experience.
Yes. We certify professionals to become CPR/First Aid Instructors and CDA Instructors, allowing them to teach and train others in the industry.
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans for most training programs to make enrollment accessible for all students. Payment plans may include installment options, split payments, or monthly billing depending on the program. We also accept eligible workforce development funding, training vouchers, and municipal sponsorships for qualified students.
Yes. A Unique You Institute accepts workforce development vouchers and training funds from approved agencies and municipalities. Eligible students may qualify for Individual Training Grants (ITG), WIOA funding, career-center sponsorships, municipal workforce programs, and other training vouchers. Because our school is listed on the New York State Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL), career counselors and workforce boards can refer students directly to our programs.
